Every batch of goods we will take part of them to test their functions before delivery. Here is the constant temperature incubator in our lab. Normally we will put the tubes into the incubator (around 113°F to 122°F) to check whether the printing will fade off after 24 hours.

Constant Temperature Test for Cosmetic Tubes can ensure the quality of the printing colors & varinish, and the stability of the tube sleeve. The cosmetic tubes will be put into the incubator under 113°F to 122°F. We will check them again after 4 and 24 hours. The stable high quality is essential to the clients and Auber packaging. Thus, 100% inspection is necessary.
Cosmetic tubes will be put into the incubator, then we will set up the temperature from 113°F to 122°F and also open the inside sun light( simulate sunlight condition).
