Opening Test for the Flip Top Cap on Cosmetic Tube

Here is the Opening Test for the Flip Top Cap on Cosmetic Tube in Auber factory. As the qualified cosmetic tubes, not only the printing/design is important, but also the quality. Once if the consumers found that the cap is hard to open or the contents is leaking from the loose cap, it will become a bad experience. Thus, Auber will check every tube before delivery. 

We will pick a few flip top caps from the mass products, fixing it in the tester.

And then, the hook will lift up the flip top cap.

Finally, we get the accurate data from the force sensor which connected with computer.
