Auber packaging will pick a few cosmetic tubes from the mass orders, and do a series of tests before delivery.
This tightness test could help us to make sure that the cream/ liquid will not leak after being filled into the tubes.
We will check whether the cap and tube match or not, and whether cosmetic tube tail would be sealed well or not. To put the pre-sealed tubes into the testing machine, and set up the parameter & turn on vacuum pump. After 15 mins, we will turn off the vacuum pump & keep the air pressure as 0.08 Mpa for 5 minutes. After that, we will turn off the machine, and then open the door when the pressure come to 0 Mpa. If the tubes are still in good condition, they will pass this tightness test.
