This D25mm Cosmetic Tube is not simple when we stared on it. It's a clear tube, and we print the gold big area silk screen on it, then the white silk screen band, and then the gold hot foil. Normally we do not suggest our clients choosing silk screen printing to cover the tube tail, because the ink is thick and will bring difficulty for sealing. But the client will fill from the tube orifice, thus Auber will help seal the tube's tail, it's suprised we can seal it very well, it may thanks to the experienced workers. Cosmetic Tube with airless pump can control the dose per squeezing, it's good to pack oily or thin products to avoid leakage. It normally packs premium products, can prevent the cream inside the tube reacting with the air when using since it can pump out the inside air and stop the fresh air to come in. We will check every hour in different process, and final QC one by one, then examine a few tubes more than 8 different tests.
