Auber packaging tube extruding

The first step of production process of the plastic packaging tube is extruding. Normally it will take hours to adjust the machine to become stable and get ready for the mass production. We will test the tubes colors, diameter, and length, and make sure they can reach the requirments. If you have no idea for above, maybe we can check more details. 

The raw materials will be pumped into the machine.

The materials will be heated so that they will become soft and easy to shape. 

Normally we will make them into cylinder. We can also make different shapes( like octagonal shape) per the special requirement. 

Auber will make the tubes in the specific diameter and length.
