Tuesday, factory show day. Auber packaging will show you how to weld the laminated tubes in our factory.
Unlike the PE cosmetic tubes, the laminated tubes are printed with CMYK flat printing, and after printing, they will be welded into round shape.

The printed laminated sheet will be tighten by the machines first. Secondly, the machine will heat the edges and make them soft and sticky, and then roll&weld them into round shape. Finally the cylinder will be cut into the specific length.
