Do you know what is the square on the tube packaging for? We call it as eye mark in the industry, it is mainly used to adjust the sealing direction of the tube when sealing the tube tail. Therefore, although a small sign is insignificant, it brings great convenience to the sealing process.

Providing the open tubes for filling & sealing test before ordering may important for the clients just start the first try of tube packaging. And eye mark is important to the sealing process, the machine will align the position based on it, and then seal the squeeze tubes.
After that we will heat the tube tail to make it soft and clip them. That will make sure the cosmetic tubes are sealed propely.
